39, 40 Bring left foot next to Right raise up on balls of both feet and stomp heels twice

Note: On beats 34 through 38, the weight remains on Right foot and the pivots are done in kind of a "whirling dervish" fashion. The Right foot remains virtually in the same spot during the pivots.
