Forward Right, Left, Right, Scoot
1 Step Right foot forward
2 Step Left foot forward
3 Step Right foot forward
4 Scoot forward on ball or Right foot while raising Left knee

Rock, Scoot, Scuff, Scuff
5 Step Left foot forward, rock/move body weight over Left foot while raising Right foot off floor (bend upper body slightly forward)
6 Step Right foot back/down, rock/move body weight over Right foot, Left foot will come off floor
7 Scoot on ball of Right foot while raising Left knee
8 Step Left foot down
9 Touch ball of Right foot forward and drag back past Left foot
& Raise Right foot and move it forward
10 Touch ball of Right foot forward and drag back past Left foot
